Software Updates

The release of world leading truss design Pryda Build V4 software is currentlly underway in both New Zealand and Australia.The response from those using the software is very, very positive with users excited with the software solving critical load paths and calculating roof planes automatically which has made their job so much easier. The 3D ability to view the job in real time is also a feature that is capturing the attention of users.Training of detailers is progressing well and is planned to continue throughout the remainder of this year. Pryda Earthquake Resilence Kit

Pryda Earthquake Resilience Kit May 2014

Developed in conjunction with the Wellington City Council, the Pryda Earthquake Resilience Kit is designed to give the homes built before the currently building standards (NZS3604:1978-2011) better resilience in an earthquake. The kit has components to assist with the fixing of house piles to the floor bearers as well as strap for securing hot water cylinders and header tanks. The container can be used as a survival kit after installation and has information on the suggested contents.
